Sharing and strengthening together: revenue sharing for ecovillages and community-supported farms

Ecovillages and solidarity farms that become part of the TEIKEI network have the opportunity to participate in the success of the community in a fair way. For all products that are collected through your community, you will receive a revenue share of 8%. This contribution not only strengthens your economic base, but also enables you to support and further develop local ecological and social projects. In this way, together we contribute to the stability and growth of the community - for today and the future.

• Special conditions from one pallet per delivery location
  As soon as a community, an ecovillage or a community-supported agriculture organisation orders more than one pallet per month per delivery location, we automatically activate favourable conditions. This enables the community to purchase at fair prices and strengthens regional cooperation.
• Fair prices for salesrooms
  By activating the conditions, TEIKEI products can be purchased at fair prices to stock salesrooms. These goods come directly from the farm, without the diversions via wholesalers - a step that Transparency and trust.

  Ecovillages and solidarity farms gain access to unique, sustainably grown products that cannot be produced in other parts of Europe - such as olive oil, tropical fruits (bananas, pomegranates) and citrus fruits. These high-quality products come directly from sustainable cultivation in Greece and stand for quality and Transparency.
• Diversification of own production
  Communities can bring their own agricultural produce into the TEIKEI network and thereby boost sales of their products. This not only provides an additional source of income, but also contributes to the economic stability of the communities.

• Direct delivery without intermediaries
  A central component of the TEIKEI logistics system is the direct delivery of products from the producers to the communities, without the use of middlemen. This enables fair prices, full Transparency along the entire supply chain and strengthens local structures.
• Logistics becomes part of the community
  Logistics is not outsourced, but part of the community. This means that the organisation and management of transport is carried out by TEIKEI (for long and medium-distance transport) and by the members themselves (for short-distance transport). • Vision for the transition to train logistics
  As soon as a delivery of 30 pallets of dry goods or storable foodstuffs per country is reached, we can switch to a train logistics system. This environmentally friendly alternative reduces CO2 emissions and supports a sustainable transport chain.

Fossil-free supply chain with sailing ships
If we achieve a total of three transport units with 30 pallets of storable dry goods each, we can even switch to transport by sailing ship. This creates the basis for a completely fossil-free supply chain in Europe, which significantly reduces the ecological footprint and raises transport to a new, sustainable level.
